Cancellation terms and conditions

Right of withdrawal

Any customer can cancel his/her contractual statement within one month, without giving reasons in written form (e.g. Letter, Fax, E-Mail) or – if the object is delivered to you before the date of expiry – by reconsignment. The time limit begins upon receipt this notification in textform, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first installment) and not before fulfilling our obligation to inform under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order not to exceed the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient.

Cancellation consequences

In the event of an effective, each party shall return to the respective other party, the benefits and if applicable, performance received and emoluments taken are to be returned. If said performance or emoluments can not, only partly or can only be returned in worse condition, you are obliged to compensate for lost value.

Compensation for lost value is not needed incase of impairment that developed through intended use of the object. Compensation for lost value is mandatory if the goods were used in a way, that exceeds the performance control and their mode of operation. “Performance control and mode of operation” denotes the testing and sampling of said goods, like it would be possible and commonly accepted in the shop. 
Goods that can be shipped are to be reconsigned to us at our risk. 


for customers withing Germany:

You have to bear the expenses of reconsignment, if the delivered product is not the one that was ordered and if the price of the product that is to be sent back does not exceed 40 €, or if the price does exceed 40 € but, at the time of the revocation, you have not payed a contractually agreed partial payment.

Otherwise, the reconsignment is free of charge.

Products that can't be shipped will be collected from you.

for customers outside of germany:

You are to pay for frequent fees of reconsignment. 


Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit begins with the dispatch of your cancellation request or the reconsignment of received goods. For us it begins after receiving said document or object.

Exemption of the right of withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply when distance contracts, which are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, are used for delivery.

Please note:


If possibly, please refrain from sending us goods that are not prepaid, but are instead post-paid/stamped. Try to avoid damaging and defilement of goods. If possible, send the goods back to us in their original packaging and including all accessories and including all packaging components. Should you not posses the original packaging anymore, please make sure the goods are shipped in an appropriate packaging to avoid damage through transport.


The above modalities are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
